Instamart will get $700 Million from Swiggy

Swiggy, the top food delivery app in India, which is already getting huge investment has decided to give $700 million in fast delivery business Instamart. Instamart is a built-in feature added to Swiggy app, which promises to deliver groceries and other essentials in 15-30 minutes at your home. They start their delivery early morning at 6 am to late night. It is clear with this investment, how serious is Swiggy in such quick delivery eCommerce option. On the other hand, their competitor Zomato had tie-up with Grofers for fastest 10-minutes grocery delivery. Another competitor can be Zepto, currently operating in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai. As of now, Instamart services are very limited till now, in 18 cities, delivering around 40 lakh orders every month. By the starting of 2022, they will improve there delivery time to 15 minutes. Ronnie Screwvala to Invest $5 Million in Education Startup 21K School

Ronnie Screwvala, the co-founder of upGrad is ready to invest $5 million in Edtech platform 21K School. 21K School is a Banaglore based online school platform teaching students with both India and international curriculum. They have programs for pre-primary, primary, middle school, summer school and many skill based courses like public speaking, Environmental Science, Contemporary World Issues, Physical Education, Nutrition and Wellness, Music Appreciation, , Introductory Finance. In Pre Primary, the programs are Nursery, KG1/LKG, KG2/UKG. The syllabus is based on UK education model for kids. They have two teachers in each class with 15 students with 1-2 hours live classes daily. The Primary Program is for 6 to 11 years students. In this they cover subjects like English, Hindi, French, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Sanskrit,  Mathematics, Science, EVS, Arts,  Music, Physical and Computational Thinking. They have 24 students in a class Middle School is for 6th, 7th & 8th grades.
